I love the store! It is clean and there is a great variety of food. The produce has a great variety and it is organized and fresh. Thed bakery is wonderful and everything that I have had is delicious and fresh. I really love the cinnamon rolls. The meat is also fresh and has a great variety.The picture is some of the wonderful cinnamon rolls...8 for $3.49...a great and delicious deal.

Had an amazing customer service experience today. One of many positive experiences to be honest, the store has wonderful employees and does a great job keeping their shelves stocked. I was in yesterday and somehow managed to walk off without several items in my order. I didn't realize this until I got home and was unpacking stuff. I had appointments and could not immediately come back. I came back in this morning to ask about it, And see if they might help me out. But I was prepared to be told no, because i've had a background in retail, and it would have been a perfectly acceptable answer. Instead, Ginger showed me how to actually track my shopping history in the smithsap and show me some things about it to make it easier for me to use. She also had me go back and pull the items that I had missed yesterday.When I left the store. She was very polite and gracious, and I am so thankful for the great customer service and employees who are empowered and willing to go above and beyond for the customer. Thanks Ginger!

We ordered 4 foot subs from the deli for a funeral. The man who took our order was very sympathetic and helpful. Had them done right when we needed them.
Smiths is just the best. I have been so impressed with their variety of products. It’s seems like they’ve added an incredible amount of cleaner products to their inventory in just a few years. I love that they have a new Simple Truth line so eating some organic foods doesn’t have to be more expensive than regular foods! They have a lot of clean options for personal car and beauty products too. I’ve been really impressed with Smiths.
I like Smith's; it's close to my home. It’s clean, so I can shop while breathing clean air. But... some cashiers (not all) are rude, and that’s not right. Customer service shouldn't be like that—quite the opposite. Nobody is asking for free groceries; as customers, we deserve better service. I'm giving 5 stars because I like the store.
